Hello! My name is Noah Phelps, and I joined Quest Counseling LLC in January 2026. I am originally from the Somerset area and graduated from Somerset Christian School in 2017. After spending the past four years working at a Community Mental Health Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, I am excited to be back home serving my community.
During my time in Cincinnati, I gained valuable experience working as a mental health professional in both case management and therapist roles. My primary focus was supporting individuals diagnosed with psychotic disorders and severe mood disorders, including Bipolar I & II, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Personality Disorders, and more.
Since returning to Somerset, I have earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and obtained my LPCA licensure. I am passionate about helping individuals throughout Southeastern Kentucky navigate life’s challenges and discover purpose and beauty, even during difficult seasons. I look forward to meeting you!
